Customers at McDonald’s Are Furious After Learning the Real Story About How the Fries Are Cooked

Renowned for his ability to unearth “fast food secrets,” a TikTok sensation with a viral following has once again shocked social media with his most recent disclosure on McDonald’s infamous “World Famous Fries.”

San Diego-based freelance social media strategist Jordan Howlett recently revealed in a TikTok video why McDonald’s fries are different from the competition.

Howlett revealed in his extensively watched video that the reason McDonald’s fries taste so good is because they have beef seasoning put into the vegetable oil that’s used to fry them. This discovery has shocked a lot of viewers.

Vegetarians expressed concern, as Howlett noted that people following a plant-based diet would find the beef flavoring disagreeable.

McDonald’s USA was contacted by Fox News Digital to inquire about their response to Howlett’s allegations.

Even though McDonald’s USA has been using beef flavoring in its fries for a while, many customers would be surprised to learn this.

McDonald’s USA marketing brochures attest to the fact that beef flavoring is added to their fries in order to improve their flavor, a point Howlett also makes in his video.

Notably, Howlett also brought attention to the fact that McDonald’s restaurants in Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada don’t use beef flavoring in their fries, providing vegetarian patrons with an acceptable alternative.

Nonetheless, McDonald’s worldwide locations advise patrons with dietary restrictions to proceed with caution as they alert them to possible allergies and cross-contamination hazards.

Howlett’s enlightening TikTok video has received millions of likes, shares, and comments from curious viewers in addition to over 10.2 million views.

Many viewers expressed surprise at the revelation in the video’s generated debates, especially vegetarians who might find the news worrisome.

It’s interesting to note that Howlett’s influence goes beyond TikTok, given his enormous 9.1 million TikTok followers on @Jordan_The_Stallion8.

Howlett has explored the realm of fast food trivia in earlier videos. He claims to have started a group called the “Fast Food Secrets Club” when he was a college student, where he and his buddies exchanged little-known fast food facts.

Howlett shared his enthusiasm for divulging fast food secrets with Fox News Digital in an exclusive statement, highlighting the thrill it provides to his viewers and the chance it offers to promote culinary experimentation outside conventional boundaries.

Howlett’s programming stimulates curiosity and exploration, encouraging viewers to learn more about the fast food industry and beyond as he continues to uncover the secrets around it.
